Hi, I’m Tania Usher, the founder of Connecting Mumpreneurs.  You might recognise me as one of the founders and directors of the Whole Woman Festival, my work on the Festival of Speed on Tweed, or from my business coaching practice Thrive Communications. 

What you might not know is that I’ve devoted more than 20 years to the study and application of universal success principles.  Since becoming a Certified Practicing Coach in 2002, I have facilitated workshops and coached entrepreneurs, educators, corporate leaders and entertainers to accelerate the achievement of their personal and professional goals…but my passion is supporting and empowering Mothers in Business… Mumpreneurs.

I became a mumpreneur when my first daughter was 10 months.  And when my youngest was just 3 weeks old I co-founded the Whole Woman Festival, an annual International Women’s Day Festival bringing together hundreds of women who share their wisdom on a host of topics including business, relationships, finance, health, sexuality, parenting, environment and general wellbeing.

Tania has spent 20 years working in the field of Marketing Communications and is recognized internationally in the "Event’s World" as the woman who brings together high-profile experts to share their knowledge and wisdom with others.

She has been behind the scenes creating and managing prominent festivals, trade shows, seminars, banquets, road shows and workshops in cities such as London, Amsterdam, Berlin, Brussels, Prague, Milan, Rome, Beijing, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Sydney, Johannesburg, Cape Town, New Orleans, Las Vegas and San Francisco.

As an internationally reputed Marketing Communications Strategist, Tania launched a new company Tania Usher International and Connecting Mumpreneurs in 2008 which specialises in transforming offline expertise into online profits.  She works together with entrepreneurs and business owners to enhance leadership effectiveness, performance and business development.

Since becoming a mother, Tania has utilized her Marketing Communications and Event Management expertise and uncovered valuable tools and strategies to maintaining a healthy lifestyle, growing several businesses while running a busy household.  Tania lives on Australia’s spectacular Gold Coast where she has been raising her two young daughters as a single mother for 5 years.
